What is a pre-order or backorder, and when will my order ship?"We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our store, this is called a pre-order. Individual product pages will specify when an item is a pre-order, so look out for that verbiage within product pages. The product page will also state the date they will be in our store. Once those items are available, we’ll ship them within 7-14 business days. Please check the ship dates on individual product pages. Backorders work the same way.

How long does shipping take?Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1 - 3 business weeks after your order depending on your items. This does not include the time spent in transit! *NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2 - 4 business days of processing time. Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to: Total distance between us and you Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment What delivery method you select ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. DOMESTIC: USPS First Class: 7-15 Business Days USPS Priority Mail: Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included) INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc): Priority Mail: 4-15 Business Days (APC Postal Logistics, $100 worth of insurance included) Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?"If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email davante@doseofeeon.com and include: 1.) Your order number 2.) Name on the order 3.) Email the order was made with 4.) Your request and most importantly 5.) A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
